Lima - Machu Picchu - Iquitos - Santa Cruz trek- Huayhuash trek - Lima

19 Days/18 Nights   April - September   Moderate

Peru: Inca Culture Machu Picchu, Jungle the best of Iquitos, Cordillera Blanca Santa Cruz trek and Mini Huayhuash days / Peruvian Andes / Trekking around the most beautiful and exciting peaks on Earth! Machu Picchu, Amazon jungle and more!!!

Peru is the country that can completely satisfy all human tastes, preferences and energy! The people there are extremely earthy, humble and kind - a mentality too close to the senses of much of humanity. It is unique to Peru - Nature, mysticism and unparalleled world cultural and historical heritage!

In short, in the 18 days, we will have an 8-day trek in the area of the most beautiful peaks on Earth - Alpamayo, Artesonrahu, Chacraraju, Chopicalqui, Yerupaja and many more, meetings with the Incas culture and lifestyle in Machu Picchu, Cusco and Olantaytambo - one of the 7 Wonders of the New World, 4 days in the Amazon jungle where all sorts of adventures and more adventures happen!!!

This is not spa tourism! A hectic journey by plane and midnight buses (united by the idea of our shortest time there to see as much as possible), life in the high mountain environment - acclimatization and cold! One thing to remember is a person who has decided to travel to such places - you must be ready to travel 10-12h per day on a plane or bus (train), hang at terminals, sleep a little and drink every second of the light part of the day, sometimes you won't have the opportunity to eat what you want, but then you catch up ... Like other adversity you have to overcome to see all the wonders of the world that are in excess in South America! The regime will normalize it when you return home and you will not regret this lifestyle during the trip - a precious memory is every moment of it !!! Our groups up there can swear it was the journey of their lives! :)

Lima is the capital: of Peru located on the arid Pacific coast of the country. Although its colonial center is preserved, it is an overflowing metropolis and one of the largest cities in South America. The Larco Museum houses a collection of pre-Columbian art and the Museum of the Nation traces the history of the ancient civilizations of Peru. The Plaza de Armas and the 16th century cathedral are the core of the old center of Lima.

Cusco is a city in the Peruvian: Andes that was the capital of the Inca Empire and is known for its archaeological remains and Spanish colonial architecture. The Plaza de Armas is the center of the ancient city, with galleries, carved wooden balconies and ruins of Inca walls. The convent of Santo Domingo, in baroque style, was built on the Temple of the Inca Sun (Qoricancha) and has archaeological remains of Inca stonework.

Machu Picchu: is an Inca citadel located in the heights of the Andes mountains in Peru, above the Urubamba river valley. It was built in the fifteenth century and then abandoned, and is famous for its sophisticated dry stone walls that combine huge blocks without the use of a mortar, fascinating buildings that relate to astronomical alignments and panoramic views. The exact use he had remains a mystery.

Iquitos is a Peruvian: port city and an access road to lodgings in the jungle and the northern Amazon villages. The Bethlehem district is known for its huge open-air street market and the rustic stilt houses that line the Itaya River. In the historic center, is the Plaza de Armas, surrounded by buildings with European influence dating back to the boom that the region had at the turn of the twentieth century with rubber production.

About the Santa Cruz Trek: The Santa Cruz trek is a popular 3 or 4 day trip with a backpack on the shoulder through the heart of the impressive Cordillera Blanca of Peru and most travelers use Huaraz, Peru as a place to establish their base.
A journey could not be more varied. A journey into the natural wonder of Peru.

Peru's Cordillera Huayhuash: Circuit is one of South America's premier multi-day treks. Turquoise lakes, high altitude passes, hot springs, towering snow capped peaks; all packed into a compact range that measures only 30 km (18.6 mi) long and 15 km (9.3 mi) wide.
